Dividend Policy and Payments
The company has a policy of paying dividends of not less than 40% of the net profit according to the financial statements of the business.
After deducting corporate income tax and statutory reserves, the payment of dividends will be based on the operating results, investment plans, financial status, liquidity, business expansion plans, and other relevant factors, including future management.
